Shipping
Every piece is printed after you order it, then shipped by the printer that made it.
Who prints it?
Prodigi, at its lab in Charlotte, North Carolina. Every size, format and frame we sell is one Prodigi makes there. The print is made from our own file, at the size that passed the print check.
What does shipping cost?
A flat rate per piece, set by its size and frame. The product page shows it beside the price, and checkout adds it once for each piece in the cart.
How long does it take?
We have not timed an order yet, and we will not print a day count we have not measured. The first orders set it, format by format, and this page will carry the number. Until then, ask before you order against a date.
Where do you ship?
To addresses in the United States only, for now. Checkout does not take an address anywhere else.
It arrived damaged
Photograph the parcel and the piece and write to support@painted.app. The returns page has the three steps.
