The Archer — a centaur, half man and half horse, his bow drawn and arrow aimed at the heart of the Scorpion. His arrow points toward the very centre of our galaxy, where the Milky Way pours out thickest and brightest. Wise Chiron, tutor of heroes, is often named as the figure. (For those born about November 22 – December 21.)
