El Lissitzky’s abstract propaganda poster — a red wedge piercing a white circle, built entirely from geometric shapes and Suprematist color. One of the first purely abstract propaganda images ever made — argument through geometry alone, no figure, no scene. Not a single representational mark anywhere; the message is carried entirely by shape and color relationship. An argument that never needed a face.

Before a size goes on sale, the file is measured against it: pixels per inch at that size, how much of the picture a crop would lose, tone and sharpness. A size that fails is not offered, so there is nothing to choose wrong.
