Theo Matejko's 1922 poster for Fritz Lang's two-part crime epic Dr. Mabuse, der Spieler. Lang's portrait of a hypnotic criminal mastermind became the template for the cinematic supervillain and a mirror of Weimar unease. Notice Matejko's slashing brushwork pulling the eye toward a single commanding stare. Chaos wearing a hundred faces.

Before a size goes on sale, the file is measured against it: pixels per inch at that size, how much of the picture a crop would lose, tone and sharpness. A size that fails is not offered, so there is nothing to choose wrong.
