Rohman estimated he produced some seven thousand designs and was one of the very few people in Sweden able to live on poster work alone. His hand effectively is the look of Swedish cinema advertising between the wars. Rohman's lettering — hand-drawn rather than set, sitting in the image instead of on top of it. A country's founding poem, repainted for the picture palace.
