A companion 1915 Corona Films poster for Filibus, from the same EYE Filmmuseum holding. Italian distributors issued films with multiple distinct designs so that a town could be papered without repetition — an early instance of a poster campaign rather than a poster. Three Filibus sheets survive together, which is rare. The animal stands in for the thief; the campaign is willing to sell the film without ever showing her face. A character advertised by everything except herself.

Before a size goes on sale, the file is measured against it: pixels per inch at that size, how much of the picture a crop would lose, tone and sharpness. A size that fails is not offered, so there is nothing to choose wrong.
