A chromolithographed sheet in landscape format published by Sovkino in Moscow in 1927. Voronov and Evstafiev worked as a partnership across the late 1920s and are among the most prolific names in Soviet film graphics. Their joint sheets show how thoroughly the constructivist vocabulary had become an everyday commercial tool rather than an experiment. The diagonal organisation of the field, which was the montage school's standard move for turning a static sheet into something that reads as motion. A marriage advertised with the angles of a machine.
